I don't know what reason there is to be cautious anymore....

I don't know what reason there is to be cautious anymore. Once the tissues have broken up and there's no pain or discomfort, I don't think it's going to come back ? unless I rupture more scar tissue. I'm just going to go out like I'm getting ready for the spring again.
