Now, we are such a young team, it really helped to see the leaders last year. We have to lead by example in our training. We have to work that much harder. I'd say that I'm a vocal leader. It's a whole new atmosphere for the freshmen, and the transition can be difficult. It can almost be a maternal role, too.
