This city is very fortunate to have an owner who's committed to bringing winning baseball to Pittsburgh. This city should embrace that and get behind this young team and give them a chance to grow and to get better...I'm going to miss tremendously putting on a Pirate uniform, one I wore very proudly for 15 years. I feel I have roots in this community and I'm proud to be part of this community." ()
