We understand the sewer challenge. But the only way it (construction of a sanitary sewer system) will happen is if something triggers it. If it gets triggered, it will take a mutual agreement with IDEM, the town of Eaton, county council and hopefully Mr. Russell to sit down and come up with a solution.
