You can never take any hockey club lightly and we haven't thus far and we don't want to now. Sweden is a great hockey club and they can put together 60 great minutes, well we saw it today. (An upset) can happen to anyone. They've got great goaltending and some great skilled players so we have to be ready.

You cannot make money with a hockey team. You cannot make money with a hotel, either, and you cannot make money with a golf club. I have all three of them. When you have a certain amount of money, you do silly things - because it's pretty to have a golf course and it's interesting to have a hockey team.

The Vintage Hockey Program commemorates hockey's rich, 87-year history. The program involves the entire hockey family on and off the ice. Players and fans alike will have the chance to wear authentic jerseys and vintage fashion apparel as well as participate in Vintage Hockey-themed activities such as 'turn-back-the-clock' contests and promotions.

Once you see the names involved, anyone who is a fan of hockey wants to hear what comes of it. Whether you're a player or a fan of the sport, it's pretty interesting. Everybody's paying attention to it.

Once you become a hockey fan it's part of you. It's part of your blood.

So you realize that our division just got that much tougher with the upgrades that all these teams made. They've turned themselves into some great hockey clubs.

Speaking for the clubs and the NHL, we would like to have another World Cup of Hockey tournament, we would like to make it a more regular event. But obviously we need the players' participation and agreement on that point. So that's something we'll discuss as times goes on.

Devastating. It was one of those things where you don't want to believe it's true, and it wasn't so much for me and the hockey team. You don't want to believe it's true for him because he's a great kid.

So we have one of these for wrestling and hockey - the two most aggressive sports. Those are things that go unnoticed, and our people work hard at it. Our public needs to see that our kids are doing a great job.

Some people think these guys are just hockey players, rough and tough guys. But they also have lives and aspirations away from hockey. He is a perfect example of that. One day he's sitting in front of an impressive group of people and two days later he is fighting in front of another group of people.
