Governor Rell understands the needs of local schools and understands their costs have been high.

Gov. Rell also does not want any family to have to go through the same anguish that Mr. Juan and his family have been through in the past month.

Gov. Rell has great respect for truck drivers and the difficult jobs they do. Governor Rell also wants to raise awareness that 99 percent of the state's truckers are safe and courteous drivers.
