He's going to have to (be a leader). We lost our No. 1, 2, 3 and 4 players off last year's team. Everyone needs to play to their capabilities.
We didn't play the front very good. Our No.2 player shot 44 on the front ... No. 5 shoots 44 on the front. Then they came back and played good on the back side.
The talent's there, but we aren't playing anywhere near out potential.
So when you use weights to build and strengthen your muscles, you may not notice immediate weight loss. But you will begin to notice that you lose inches - around your waist, hips, arms, and thighs.

It's important to acknowledge progress toward your goals. For example, tell yourself that if you go to the gym 12 times in the next three weeks you'll treat yourself to a massage. Just make sure the reward is something like a massage and not a milkshake.
A good trainer will show you which exercises will help you most, and will provide instruction on how to do them. Proper technique is critical. If you're not using the weights correctly you may get hurt, or you may just be wasting your time.
It's going to be a shootout. And it's going to be like that every week in district.
However, there are certainly needs that they have that we were trying to address through those meetings.
Being 20 ahead is a whole lot more than we hoped for. Now, it's not over, but we really put ourselves in good shape to win this thing.
