I feel like we have been pretty consistent. We are getting better each game and once we are done with all the suspensions and our point guard is totally healthy, we will be even better.

We actually prepared for them today. We knew this was a possibility and we knew they were in the game. We watched tape of the game two years ago, and we practiced and prepared as if we were in this game. So we already got a head start.

That talks about consistency as a program. We win year in and year out. We finish in the top of our league, we have a chance to win our league, and we have a realistic chance to go the the NCAA Tournament every year.

A lot of the teams we've seen this year have seemed to have that inside-outside punch.

They've done it two out of three. I want them to do it three out of four.

This is the first time we were ever in the game. I think it showed we're getting better.

I'm sure their defense had a lot to do with our shooting, but when you are a coach you don't see it that way. You look at what you didn't do.

If John Bunch is going to become a player, it's not going to happen overnight. It will happen between April and October. He's going to need to really work. He's going to need to get in shape and he's going to have to make a decision after this taste. Maybe he sees a light at the end of the tunnel and he goes after it and wants to become a player, because he could be a very good player if he does.

I kept reminding him (Kenny) that if he didn't start making shots we wouldn't let him play.

It's great for our school, our players, and for everybody involved.
