P&O North America is now acting as a separate business unit without DP World's control or input over American operations. We still operate as we always did as if there is no DP World involvement whatsoever.

We don't know the outcome of this. DP World owns us, but we're operating without any control or direction from DP World. Until we hear otherwise or until they dispose of us - however they wish to do that - that's the way it's going to remain.

We do not view ourselves as DP World employees. We are P&O employees.
