Part of my objective next year is to make a tally to see who is not using the zone benefits so I can go out and knock on their door. We still have a vast majority of our land that is still underdeveloped and unused. We have a long way to go.
Over the last five years we have developed a marvelous track record. We are making a strong effort to prove our case.
We are just scratching the surface right now.
I'm in favor of change and reform. But it would be a totally negative impact on the east end of the valley (if the zone went away).
The clock is running. If we don't get something happening before November, we disappear.
The legislative process keeps chugging and nothing happens. It is this indecision that is so difficult.
