I absolutely hate it, but in a time of budget cuts we have to look at things that are considered luxuries. It's a non-required luxury. This is a very difficult thing to do. It's a hard decision to make, but it's got to be done.

We need to know what we're up against. We're going to probably have to look at something between $3 million and $6 million.

The fact is we are not a taxicab service. If we start a precedent of taking someone anywhere think about it.

There will always be folks who will find lots of reasons not to change. But I think a balanced calendar is part of a winning combination.
