I grew up in the North, so I wasn't as cold as some of the other guys. They were cold. But once they started running and hitting a little bit, they got used to it.

You have to come. The reason I come is not because everybody here has got what you want, but the coaches are so good. These coaches get after it. They breed competitive kids. They're competitive and can help you win.

We're just trying to toughen them up. You have to be tough if you're going to play football.

Coming back (next week) will give us a chance to look at the tape and evaluate some of the things we still need to work on. We've still got a lot of guys struggling with concepts.

We saw what we need to work on today. Now we've got to clean it up. Stillman was able to find our weaknesses today. We've got to solidify those areas. We can't let teams just continue to find them.

That's why I love Columbus. I hope they keep a lot (of players) for me in Columbus.

I haven't done that in the past; I felt like it was a little anti-climactic to have practices after you've had the game. But the more I've thought about it, the more I've talked with people about it, it sounds like a pretty good idea. We're going to give it a try.

We had the game won. Their guys were down on one knee. They were broke. They thought it was over. Then, all the emotions changed within two seconds. It ended all our dreams. Not many teams can go undefeated. We had that opportunity.

We just don't have enough personnel. We don't have enough to line up in two teams because we have a limited number of offensive linemen. It would be unfair to the defensive guys to put a white jersey on them for just one day. Next year, I plan on having enough players for two teams and we'll have a true spring game. But this year we just don't have enough players.

We just want to go out and see what other people are doing. Pick up some drills, kind of scan around, and try to see where we can improve, if we're doing the right things. We can measure what they're doing against what we're doing.

It's an important weekend, but they're all important. It's our first one here, so we're looking forward to trying to make it happen.
