Obviously, the de-publication reflects the new administration's revisionist view of what wage and hour standards require of employers. He's become a victim of what appears to be retaliation.
He has not been told what else is being reviewed.
He's being retaliated against for exercising his First Amendment rights.
Instead of being rewarded for his service, he has a target placed on his back.
They are making a mockery of free-speech rights and rights of association. This is not supposed to happen in this country.
