The original restaurant was massive, really too big for a beach hotel. For the restaurant, we wanted to focus less on volume and more on quality.
The color scheme is something you don't see in many hotels.
It's much more upscale and completely remodeled since it was the Holiday Inn. We have some returning visitors, and they're really happy with the way the hotel looks now.
We felt there was a niche for this kind of upscale hotel on the beach. We wanted a balance between refined and relaxed.
