What I think is unusual is the intensity of the fire and how much it has spread. It's an indication of how tinder-dry the forests are in Arizona, which is certainly not a good sign.
We're feeling really good about it -- these teams have put a lot of work into protecting that area.
The work we did last November saved that ranch. It's almost a straight line from the burn area and our project line - it's just a scorched area and then it hit our project area and nothing.
(The recent snowfall) was better than we could ask for.
We'll have to see how far this can carry us. It's great that it's snow because it will take a while to melt and soak into the ground.
It's on the radar, it's a concern, but it's not something we're really worried about.
