The amount of gas that remains in Ukraine exceeds the originally expected amounts. This does not allo w us to fully comply with our obligations to foreign consumers.

We will fully deliver the amount of gas intended for Europe to the openings of Ukraine's gas pipeline system, and from that moment on responsibility will lie with Ukraine. If they make good on their threat to take unsanctioned gas, they will bear full responsibility for that.

If siphoning continues on such a scale, the stolen amount will be quite significant.
