Obviously, we cannot do it like we have been doing it. We have to get better as players and coaches and I have a lot of trust in both the players and the coaches. We will work very hard and make sure we get it together and do a better job.

He's going to work like crazy to get back, but it's going to take a little bit of time. We'll take it week by week.

I think the most important thing is that you go through the process and you work hard. If you do that, usually good things will happen.

Respecting people is an important part of life, whether it's the person doing janitorial work or the person above you. It doesn't matter who you are: I'm going to respect you.

We will see. I am not going to prophesize to you. I am not that good. I am going to tell you that we are going to work as hard as we can and do the best we can. We will find that out when it?s January and February.

There are plenty of things to work on, but they gave a great effort.

We are going to work both quarterbacks in practice and see how they do, and I will make a decision by the end of the week.

I'm optimistic about the chance of those guys playing. If things don't work out where they can't play, we've always moved on and the next guy steps in and does his job.

The NFL is a unique work place. There are no secrets anymore. Technology has taken over, and secrets are exposed. People are going to know what you're all about. You have to make sure you have real honesty in the work place, or you're going to be exposed.

I'll work it out with T.O. and only T.O. I'm not going to turn this into a bash session.

It's the hardest part about my job. It's hard to release a player. As a coach, you want your guys with you forever. But it doesn't work that way. I understand it, and the players understand it. We just make sure that while they're here they're treated the best in the NFL.

They're just not right yet. We will give them this next week and see how they do. Tra has been cleared to play, so that is a positive and he did practice. He practiced very hard. He will work through it next week and we will see how he does.

I don't second-guess those things, ... If T.O. was available, I'd bring T.O. here. That's what I did, and I stick by that. Like with any team, there are going to be things that are said that you don't like necessarily, and you've got to work through those and handle it the right way. That's what we've done around here, and that's what we'll continue to do.

He probably got a little more work than I necessarily wanted him to get today, but he battled through it and did a good job. He didn't look too far behind. He did pretty good with what we gave him.
