I'm addicted to exercising and I have to do something every day.

I do the same exercises I did 50 years ago and they still work. I eat the same food I ate 50 years ago and it still works.

The c**k isn't a muscle so it doesn't grow in relation to the shoulders, say, or the pectorals. You can't make it bigger through exercise, that's for sure.

The good bodybuilders have the same mind ... that a sculptor has. If you analyze it, you look in the mirror and you say, okay, I need a bit more deltoids ... so that the proportion's right, and ... you exercise and put those deltoids on, whereas an artist would just slap on some clay on each side.

You can't tell a kid that it's time to exercise; that's a turn-off...you have to say 'Let's go to the park and have some fun.' Then you get them to do some running, play on the swings, practice on the balance beam, basically get a full workout disguised as play.

I trust the people to be the best judge of conduct of a campaign when they exercise their franchise to vote, ... I am confident that they will reject candidates that use appeals to negative prejudices against any group of people.
