I guess it's bittersweet that I see him leave. You hate to lose a good man, but you know when you have good people they're going to move on. We'll probably get together in the next couple of days to see what his timetable is. Every game in this league is a big game and every one, there's always an issue because all the games ... we've had good games with them.

They all recruit hard, they play solid football, they all have a good plan. It's not just someone trying to out-formation you, they know what it's all about. I think the coaching in this league is very strong.
