I hope if he does that, the grand jury will carefully evaluate his case and come to the conclusion that he has none.

It is very unclear to me what his intentions are other than he intends to charge someone. Based on his public comments I am assuming that he is submitting this case to the grand jury as quickly as he can and seeking one or more indictments when he does.

There seems to be a rush to indictment in this case, one that I don't understand. So many statements were issued to the public in a rush to get this case to the grand jury.
