What we're planning is how to get the Buccaneers ready for the midnight Sunday night deadline so that we're ready to call free agents (on Monday).

It was never our intention to make any cuts until the final moment. They had moved the deadline first to 10 p.m. (Thursday), so we were going to work right up to 9:59.

We will be salary cap compliant whenever the deadline is.

The league moved the deadline back 72 hours so it allows teams and players more time to work with the last capped year calculations and that is what we have been doing (Thursday) and will continue to do this weekend.
