I have always tried to put in place a system and a group of employees that work and 'get the job done' no matter what. While we are not perfect, I think the organization achieves that end. My goal now is to continue to improve and keep it that way.

What we've done is added speed to a fairly effective lineup. Realistically, the first half of last season we just weren't able to put it together. The last half of the season we did. I think that we're going to continue building on that.

We knew they were going to have great defensive pressure. I think they got us out of our offense a little bit. So I think in those situations we need to stay poised and execute our offense a little bit better. I think that's what we are going to work on as we continue Pac-10s.
