that's not the way we're looking at it. We're looking at it from the standpoint the judges are protecting their autonomy. But they're not afraid of the scrutiny. They work hard and that's one of the unfortunate parts of this, the suggestion they don't work hard.

It is unfortunately not uncommon for judges to be sued. There's current litigation against them in which they are being sued in their official capacity ... in fact the city attorney's office is representing them.
