I am disappointed because I see a team that is 4-8 right now and on the surface is struggling. But I personally am seeing more and more improvement on a daily basis.

We've been together since August. It's a long road together. That's one of the greatest things about team sports is that you go through things together and you become close. There is a bonding.

This team has to do things together more than any team in the past. We have to do the little things that make a difference. We have to move runners over and lay down bunts and make plays on defense. This team is more like that than any team here ever before.
