Our goal here is to have a dialogue. We're not adding any new rules or making state standards more difficult to attain. We want to create a level playing field and safe food services.

We are just adding a licensing component in the interest of public health. We want them to get licensed before they open. That way we can make sure they have the proper equipment, proper set up and proper training to prepare and serve food safely.
