I don't want to be a guy who plays for a lot of teams at the end of his career. Every year, I try to do the best that I can. If things don't work out, I will also practice catching and be ready. Somebody can always use a catcher who can hit.
He's a guy I admire, and I guess he did a tremendous job with the Padres last year. As you know, the Padres haven't been in the playoffs for so many years. He came up and brought them (there), and that says a lot about what kind of catcher he is.
The older I get the more I am leaning to first base than catching. I can just play catcher to a certain point because of my knees.
