Obviously, our shooting is not good. It's been a season-long thing where we haven't shot the ball well from (long) range, and that's set us back. It's one of the things we did well last year.

Particularly when McGrady is out, we'll try to do more pick-and-roll stuff for Rafer.

The way we're playing ... we're offensively inept. Last year, the 3-point shot was a huge weapon for us. This year, it's a huge detriment.
