Certain guys take it personal. If I need to do something better, I expect someone to come tell me, because I can take constructive criticism. I don' think a lot of us can take it.

I think guys are learning defensive principles and where they're supposed to be on the basketball court. So hopefully we can go out there and execute on the defensive end. It's a good challenge for us to see where we are.

It got sloppy out there at the end. We pulled through. Guys were able to keep their head - unlike me - and we got a much-needed win.

We've struggled the last six games not getting any wins, so we wanted to come out with a lot of heart and be aggressive on both ends of the floor. Guys came out and we executed. Before the game, coach ( Nate McMillan ) drew a big heart on the chalkboard. He wanted to see what we were made of. We came out and played well tonight.

Blake and I have been playing with each other since his freshman year and my sophomore year (at Maryland) so we have lots of fun playing with one another. We understand each other and the game. We've learned a lot since we've been in the game so hopefully we can continue to push the young guys on the team and hopefully we can continue to get better.
