I would say it's the best I've seen (Anthony) play. Now we need a couple other players to play that way with him, and I think this team will take off.
I think I'm more disappointed for Carmelo, because he's averaging 26 points on a team that's in first place. He's been tearing up the league as of late.
I think we can go all the way. I think we have a team assembled that can get the job done.
We haven't gotten out of the first round (the past two seasons) and you can't blame him. A team has to get the job done collectively. . . . I think (Anthony) is ready to step out. Hopefully, it will be in (these) playoffs. This will kind of be his coming-out party.
I like them a lot. They've put their imprint on this team with their hustle and their energy. It was definitely needed.
That's a great team, but you can't let any team get a big lead in their own building, ... This was a good measuring stick for us. We can take this game and see where we are.
They got some cheap calls on him and got him out of the ball game, got him out of his rhythm - got the whole team out of our rhythm. We didn't play well on either end.
It's an opportunity for these guys to shine. I had to carry the load when all of those guys were out, and had to provide a lot of scoring and rebounding and defense for the frontcourt, so now it's their turn to step up and will this team to victory.
Everyone thought that the Spurs would run through us and everyone is talking about the Spurs vs. the Suns in the conference finals. This team has a lot of heart and a lot of pride.
