The government has decided to set up composite relief and rehabilitation points at three places to provide facilities for medical assistance and relief for people from across the Line of Control,
Both India and Pakistan have made specific proposals for helping the victims across the LoC. These proposals are being examined by the two governments and will be discussed in the talks.
People from across the Line of Control will be allowed to come in during daylight hours after suitable screening and then return.
