The Honda Institute is the perfect place for us to learn more about Honda and I'm sure that what will come out of this will be greater communication and understanding throughout the team.

Over the last year we have understood to a much greater extent why the '04 car was good and the '05 car less so. People forget that we are still, compared to some of the others, a young team and I think we've learned a lot. The aerodynamic figures for the new car combined with what we learned from last year's experience gives us cause for optimism...at the moment the figures look very promising.

Rubens is not only an excellent driver but he has the experience of building a race and championship winning team and these skills are very important as we work to take BAR Honda to the next level.

This is the best driver line-up in our team's history. It is also the best team of drivers on the grid.

Takuma Sato has been an extremely valuable and much-liked member of our team for four years in the roles of test driver, third driver and, latterly, race driver. He has made an enormous contribution to B*A*R Honda's development. Takuma's current contract reaches its conclusion at the end of 2005 but B*A*R Honda is in discussions with Takuma and his management regarding possibilities for the future.
