Some of you will have read, or perhaps written, stories about a Plan B to be implemented in the event that the Hong Kong ministerial conference falls short of our objectives.
What we need now is this market access part of the negotiations to move, and it has to move very rapidly if we want to keep any chance for Hong Kong to succeed.
Hong Kong is not just another Port of Call for Doha round negotiations, it is our best opportunity to bring the round to conclusion by the end of 2006.
