There is no evidence I'm aware of that shows the education of aboriginal children is more successfully accomplished in band-operated schools anywhere in Canada.

It's important to remember we're comparing results of Aboriginal students without reference to the general population. Relative to other schools (and based on the report), Carson Graham is not successful in ensuring that its Aboriginal students do well. But I strongly believe the report card provides the greatest benefit to schools that are not successful.
