Josh has struggled the last few games. We tried moving him down the lineup a little bit to get some pressure off of him. But Josh has been around, he's a three-year starter, so he knows what he's going to do.

When he finished last season, he came on like gangbusters once we got to know him and once he got the feel of varsity football, ... He was showing us all summer what we've got, offensively and defensively, so there's no surprise to us. Josh is just born with talent and skill, but to his credit, he works extremely hard to maximize it.

We're not going to win a championship because some guy comes in and plays like Michael Jordan, ... We're going to win as a team. We're going to win when Dirk Nowitzki continues to move forward and Josh Howard and Erick Dampier and Jason Terry give the consistency I'm looking for.

We're looking for Shawn and Josh both to have big years for us. I think they both have the potential to become leaders for us, along with juniors Lincoln Wagner and Greg Tingle.
