True celebration arises from a joy that is first experienced deep within, and spills over into an overflow of song and dance and laughter, and yes, even tears of gratitude.

If somebody asks, "What is a dance?" how can you define it? But you can dance and you can know the inner feel of it.

When movement becomes ecstatic, then this is dance. When the movement is so total there is no ego, then it is dance.
