We all do things for people we love and that's OK. But if you're doing it consistently and all the time, you're enabling them not to be responsible.

It's a fine line. The first thing we have to ask is this question: Is our behavior supporting our children in becoming responsible adults, or enabling them, teaching them not to be responsible?
