There are talented players over there, but from what I read, (McMillan) is still dealing with players showing up late. Those are things that are very difficult to deal with. I'm an outsider, but I think he has done a good job of it.

His personality has definitely come out this year, there's no doubt about it. He's much more comfortable around the guys. With the coaches, we could always have a basketball conversation with him last year because he understood the basketball terminology. But just as far as other conversations, it wasn't terribly difficult but it's much more easy now.

We know the odds are still long. We know how difficult it is when you fall behind. We are already thinking about the next game. If we go down 3-1 and go into their building, the odds become long again. We need to win the next game to really make it a series.

We dug a 20-point hole against a good team at home. It's very difficult at that point to come back and win.

Early in the third, we went under a couple of times on screens. He made one, and that really opened his eyes. He put one right in the middle. That's a lesson that needs to be learned -- playing against great players like that, just one possession can get them going. Obviously, if you look at the whole year, the four games we played them, he's averaged well over 30 points against us. We didn't get it done against him this year.

This was a very difficult practice, and they're going to continue to be difficult. We're just not playing at an intensity level that's necessary for us to win. The guys know it. It's something we've got to get corrected.
