I don't know why my head wasn't in the right place at the beginning, ... I was a bit tentative and Simon started well which put a little bit of pressure on me. Today was a little better than yesterday, even though I got off to a bit of a shaky start. I played quite solid, hit a lot of greens. It was good, and it's going to be an interesting weekend.

What can you do? I wanted to play well, there's no doubt about that. It's been a long week, a long trip from Abu Dhabi. I felt a little bit tired all week long, and unfortunately it caught up with me today. But that's all you can do, and go on to next week.

I didn't drive the ball as well as yesterday, ... I started a bit shaky with my driver, but three under is pretty good today because it was definitely playing harder. The greens were a lot firmer and there was quite a bit of wind.

The course is playing tougher and I've just managed to play a bit better, ... I felt so good out there.

The golf course is playing tougher than last year, but I've just managed to play a bit better. I hit the ball nicely today and hit a lot of good putts. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make many, but I felt I hit a lot of good ones which didn't go in.

You've got to realize that a lot of these majors, I'm contending without really putting well, ... and that's a tough thing to do. I've just got to get the potato going a little bit, get the putter going a little bit and hole some putts here and there, and if things start going my way, I'm sure I'll have a good chance.

It was a tough putt at the beginning. It was uphill to start and then down with a 6- to 7-foot break. I hit it a bit too hard, but I wanted to make sure to get it there.
