We will fully deliver the amount of gas intended for Europe to the openings of Ukraine's gas pipeline system, and from that moment on responsibility will lie with Ukraine. If they make good on their threat to take unsanctioned gas, they will bear full responsibility for that.

The volume of gas stolen by Ukraine from the pipeline to Europe on January 1 was close to 100 million cubic meters, valued at US$25 million (HK$195 million) at the market price.
