There is really a trend of consolidation across many, many industries and geographies. The pipeline is full, and I think we'll see a lot of transactions in the next few months.

The level of activity has been building up the last month or two. We have a very strong pipeline headed into 2006, as do most of the M&A law firms and the investment banks.
