Like I told my kids, what a great game to build (upon) going into next year. I thought our kids played about as hard and about as good as we could. If we could have eliminated penalties I think we might have won the game.

Boy, it is tough and it might even be unfair ù especially to be an offensive coordinator. But I want somebody I can trust. But it's good for him, because when he goes to coach... you have to learn how to handle it. It makes you tough.

Last night we called a reverse, and we called it to the wrong side. We did it against Miami; run it the wrong way. And we lined up wrong a lot of times. That (learning new system) is harder than you think, playing as many people as we have. That comes with the territory.

It makes you excited about what's happening. We're trying to get that mystique back, that's what I talk to my kids about. What these young guys might mean is (we're) beginning to get that quality back that helped you dominated during the '90s.
