I think we're trying to spread the love around a bit and get guys involved and use guys where their talents are the best. That's the benefit of having a good team, a good well-rounded team.
Ryan's leg started to come around a little bit better at the end of the week. Keating has done a good job in there, and I liked the way he's played. But as Ryan gets healthier, we'll just have to open it up to some competition and see who emerges.
I'm sure it will be sad to some degree. I'm just trying to get us ready to play as best we can. Once it's over I'm sure it'll be a little bit of a shock.
Anytime you start spring ball or fall ball, things always favor the defense a little bit because they have less to think about. You have no pads on, and usually the defense is a little bit more aggressive, so it's tough for the offense to counter.
Clearly in every contest, when you win there's confidence (and) when you lose there's a little bit of disharmony there. But we still got a good football team; we have to flush it and move on.
