I understand the rights of people to have the ability to criticize what we do, ... At the same time, we have a lot of fans out there who were very supportive of what we've done here over the last eight years, particularly what we've done over the last couple of years to try to get to the finish line. And I also think it needs to be said that for eight years, I've been a doer, and not a critic.
