Our jury was touched by FIBROM-L's activity in supporting a group of people facing a debilitating and often misdiagnosed condition. FIBROM-L has created an outstanding community through the sound use of email list technology, and I'm pleased to reward this work and dedication with the LISTSERV Choice Discussion Award.

It's pretty much a place where I come to lift weights, work out, and train for boxing. I also like it because it builds self-confidence.

I've gotta breathe it, I've gotta eat it, I've gotta sleep it and until you get there you will never be successful in life. But once you get there I guarantee you, the world is yours. So work hard, and you can have whatever it is that you want.

One of the things I know about my family, my generation, and my ethic background is that we put in work and I'm not just talking about just to eat. You have to think about the civil rights movement, they were putting in work; marching, walking miles and miles, sacrificing, getting on the bus, feeding one another, they had schools, voter registration, they were working! They were hard workers so my advice is to work.
