I feel fortunate to get a job at a place where you've got a chance to contend.
I was not going to go just anywhere. The stability of the program appealed to me. Dan is the dean of the Big 12 coaches and has done a great job retaining his coaching staff despite all the success ISU has experienced.
We haven't been getting the results in leads as we have in the past. What we've had has been a shotgun approach. The bottom line is (branding) will make us more marketable. The last five years the face of tourism has changed, and we've got to get out there and do a better job.
We did a great job sticking to the plan of playing great golf. Now we're focusing more on the mental side of the game. Hopefully we can continue to go out there and keep working hard.

It's not quite as bad as it was after Hurricane Andrew, when there were literally workers jumping from one truck to another. But guys are walking up on job sites and trying to recruit your workers for more money.
