To play it in Giants Stadium, to give them another home game and to put us in a situation where we couldn't hear. ... It wasn't why we lost that game, but ...

That's not the great way to start the game a turnover and seven quick ones.

I know what their agenda was: They would like us to play in our home state, ... And our players like that, too, to be honest with you. It's just more of a travel issue and a family issue. But I'm sure our families and their families and friends will go to Baton Rouge to see the game and be with them.

It seemed like an away game to me,

because we're working here, but still having our ties to Louisiana, you'd like to probably go to Baton Rouge and play a game or two.

It wasn't a home game ... The crowd noise we had to deal with, we never had to do a silent count at home.

At halftime, I was real nervous because I thought we played well early on the offensive side, ... Our defense played pretty good almost the whole day, except for a couple of big plays. But, we couldn't put anything away. Then, we had the blocked field goal again; it was a poor snap and a low kick. We are not making plays when we have to. And that is basically what the whole game boils down to. We had the opportunity to make plays and nobody stepped up and made them.

It is the first preseason game, and it shows what we need to concentrate on as we prepare for the season. We tried to get a lot of different guys playing time, so this game will help in evaluating them.

They really got a pretty good offense and they have a heck of a group of linebackers, ... I think they're a good team and didn't watch the game yet from (Sunday), but they must have scored a couple on special teams. I think they are much better.

I don't think us traveling every game has anything to do with dropping balls, not blocking the right people and not tackling, ... I don't think that has anything to do with it.
