I think they're both very capable, and I sometimes feel like I'm getting in their way. But like anything, it's sort of a growing process, and as people show the ability to take on more responsibility, I think you have to give it to them. ... They're both very bright, energetic and efficient. They're advancing in leaps and bounds, and I think it's great to see not only the area of growth, but the speed they've taken to coaching. It's like they've been doing it for a long time.
