Hold up your end of the bargain. Get out there and bust (your tail) trying to do your best for your teammates. And when you hold up your end of the bargain and you are accountable to everybody else on the team, things fall into place.

The pace of the game flowing down has everything to do with you being comfortable. It's like the second I stepped into Detroit. I'm trying to do everything I can to win football games. Worrying about that stuff isn't going to help anything.
