Giving up is very easy. To continue to work and to continue to compete is one of the most difficult things, especially in a rough environment when you really don't have anything to play for other than dignity.

When they started playing zone, it slowed us down, made us stagnant. It was effective and teams have been playing us pretty much straight up (man-to-man). You guys, you go to work, and when a new colleague comes in you have to form chemistry and try to work with that. Sometimes that transition is a rough one.
