We're just waiting for the new ferry terminal to open before we get started, ... We hope to have it done before the fifth anniversary of 9/11 next September. Now, we have a site and a target date.

Once the ferry terminal is moved (about 1,000 yards to the north, where construction is rapidly moving toward completion by early 2006), no one will ever remember that it was a rescue site. That's why we wanted to make sure it was put there.
